many errors with occt's gpu test

Hi all,
i bought a new computer 2 weeks ago, and did want to
test my graphic card which is a gtx 260 N26SO-896I made by gigabyte with OCCT GPU:
the test always gives me thousands of errors after 2 minutes workiong.
What's going on ?
I play batman arkham asylum with very high settting and i don't get any trouble,
so is my card really defective?

how are your GPU temps?
occt runs your gpu harder then any game will.. so the temps will rise above the level that normal gaming gives you.
do the errors occur after running it for a while (like 5/10 min) or right at the monent the test starts? if it happens after a while, again it could be your gpu getting (too) hot and that causing errors..

so yeah thats my best bet.. manufacturer saving money on the heatsink
