This collaboration aims to simplify and centralize CPU tuning for Intel processors (starting with Granite Rapids) by integrating advanced overclocking controls straight into OCCT's interface, no extra utilities required.
Native support for Intel CPUs
While our long-term objective is to support every CPU, this new tuning tool initially focuses on Intel CPUs, starting with Granite Rapids, and is fully integrated into OCCT. Users will be able to access all essential tuning parameters from a single, familiar environment, making it easier than ever to fine-tune performance and stability.
Whether you are an enthusiast pushing limits or a professional looking for precise control, the goal is to offer a streamlined and reliable tuning experience.
How does it work?
Inside OCCT, a new “Tuning” section will be available. From this section, you will be able to:
- Adjust clock speeds on a per-core basis
- Make precise modifications without leaving OCCT
This tight integration allows users to combine tuning and stress testing in one workflow, reducing friction and improving efficiency.
At the same time, built-in safeguards help prevent common mistakes, making the tool approachable for beginners, while still offering a fully unrestricted experience for advanced overclockers who want complete control.
How does it compare to existing tools?
Unlike external tuning utilities, OCCT's tuning tool is:
- Fully integrated into OCCT
- Designed to work seamlessly alongside OCCT's stress tests
- Focused on clarity, precision, and reliability rather than juggling multiple applications
- Available on Linux!
OCCT's UI has been greatly updated to accommodate this new functionality and allowing live modifications of CPU parameters while a stress test is running.
This approach enables faster iteration between tuning and validation, which is critical when pushing hardware to its limits, while also giving users finer control over every aspect of their overclocking process.
Availability
The tuning tool is currently in closed beta, with a public release expected in the coming weeks.

A collaboration with Intel wouldn't be complete without visual customization.
Alongside the tuning tool, we will also be releasing a brand-new Intel skin, allowing users to apply Intel's colors and identity directly within OCCT.
